She recently completed screening with Pinnacle Fertility / Dr. Ringler, including records review, psychological clearance, MFM clearance, background screening, Pap smear, bloodwork, and urinalysis. She is very health conscious, avoids alcohol, substances, caffeine, soda, and low-quality foods, and exercises regularly including gym visits and treadmill walking 5-6 days per week. She has two teenage children who are largely self-sufficient and a strong family support system.
