I am lucky to be able to work from home. My family and I love to go swimming and on walks. My 4 girls ages 10, 12 ' 1/2, 15, and 17 are very active and participate in school sports, So we do our best to be apart and support them in anyway from helping them practice to encouraging them. My husband and I are always out at team meets, tryouts and competitions. We do our best to eat healthy and to teach our kids the importance of a healthy diet and staying active. Our family enjoys being out and about whenever we are able, And enjoy nights at home eating as a family and spending time together. I love to read and find it to be relaxing for my self. My kids and I like to do yoga and stretch often. I do like gaming a bit so at times I play PC games with the husband.
